Sarah has been doing private yoga with adults, kids, teens, families, groups and couples for six years. Privates are great for: people who have health conditions who have required special attention, moms who can’t leave the house, people who feel shy to do yoga in public, clients who want to luxuriate in all the loving touch that comes with private yoga, advanced yogis who want to deepen their practice in a safe way, couples/families who want to spend some fun time together, people who are brand new to yoga and want to have special attention in getting up to speed, or people who want to develop a great home practice. Actually, private yoga is good for everyone and is originally how yoga was taught. Sarah is available to work with clients in Marin, East Bay, and San Francisco.
What to expect: Private yoga sessions are usually an hour long, though many clients like to add 15 min extra so they can feel less rushed. Sarah comes to your house or rents Yoga Mountain Studio in Fairfax. Often the first visit is in a more neutral studio space.
$100 for hour and 15 min.
